1- Tendonitis: whether it’s in the bicep or shoulder or even forearm, tendonitis is when the tendon—which attaches muscle to the bone—is inflamed or irritated. This is a common injury from overuse, sports-related or even in the case of “lack of use.” Some patients have shoulder tendonitis due to stroke, diabetes or other reasons.
2- Bursitis: these cushion the tendons, muscles and joints—and when the bursae get inflamed, you feel pain or, Bursitis. This is commonly found in the shoulder
3- Any elbow injury, such as Tennis Elbow
4- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: this is a common problem that we see time and again. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is commonly caused by a pinched nerve in the wrist. This pinched nerve causes numbness, tingling and other discomforts. This is usually caused by frequent and repetitive hand use, as well as the general anatomy of your wrist. This is frequently the cause of wrist pain, although there may be other reasons someone as wrist pain.
5- Pain in the Wrist: a sport related injury or accident can also caused pain in one or both wrists.
