Mr. Jones has been practicing since 1996 and in the field of pain management since 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Mr. Jones has been awarded University honors by the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and a Professional Nurse Traineeship Award while attending college. He has been published in the areas of Fibromyalgia and Allergic Diseases in Advanced Pathophysiology textbooks for Advanced Practice Nurses. He is certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Mr. Jones began his career as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care Units before going into family practice in the rural areas of East Tennessee. He moved into the area of Interventional Pain Management early in his career as a Nurse Practitioner while in East Tennessee. He worked in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California in the area of Community Health before moving to the New Jersey to resume his career in Pain Management. Mr. Jones taught Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has extensive experience in managing acute and chronic pain patients, including performing injections for multiple acute and chronic pain conditions. He works closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and other specialists to optimize outcomes for pain patients.
When he is not caring for his patients, Mr. Jones enjoys spending time playing the guitar and writing music.
